I had a russian toy before. His weight was 4.5 lbs. I want another one now but not bigger than 3 lbs. Does anyone know where to find a small russian toy?

I read somewhere that they can be 1 lbs of weight at fully grown size.

John, someone was just not very true. 1 lbs Russian Toy can be only if it is still a puppy. The smallest adult Russian Toy is 2 lbs of weight. But most of the time this size dogs are sick and don't live for long. A good weight for a mini Russian Toy will be around 2.8-3.2 lbs.

I saw those 2 lbs (less than 1kg I guess). Their are real small but look weird to me. Eyes are too big and head like Chihuahua's . Not cute at all .

I want some dog which will be not bigger than 4-5 pounds, but not too small  as well. At least I will know it is healthy.

Lovingmom, you are only partially right. Some of mini Russian toys are really not very healthy. But of course not all of them. We didn't have any sick or dwarf looking mini Russian toy yet. Most of the time an important role in it plays genetics.
